Andreea Cioara has extensive experience in various areas of taxation, including pass-through, corporate, state and local, bankruptcy, receiverships, FAS 109, and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 for Public Companies, Partnerships, C Corporations, S Corporations, and Limited Liability Companies.
Her client list includes recognized names in the industries of real estate, banking and finance, retail and manufacturing, automotive, transportation, food and beverage, and some of the largest bankruptcy and receivership cases in South Florida.
Previously, Ms. Cioara was a Tax Manager with one of the Big Four accounting firms where she provided assistance in complex areas of tax to numerous SEC companies. She currently works closely with companies, trustees, receivers, and individuals in providing them with tax planning and tax consulting services.
