David Seigel's areas of practice include forensic accounting, fraud investigation, management consulting, business valuation, commercial damages, bankruptcy and expert testimony. He has worked on several receivership matters involving the investigation of fraudulent transfers, professional malpractice and solvency issues.
He has extensive accounting, audit and insurance industry experience including Life and Health, Property and Casualty, and Reinsurance. Mr. Siegel’s professional experience started in 1970 in New York City with Arthur Young & Company. As an audit and accounting professional with CPA firms in New York and Florida he worked in the manufacturing, retail, banking, real estate development and insurance industries. He is a former Senior Vice President of American Bankers Insurance Group in charge of the Internal Audit Department, Budgeting and Reinsurance.
