	Experience :
	Sandra Perez has been performing forensic and valuation services for over 13 years and has developed a specialization in complex matrimonial and divorce issues. She has provided deposition testimony and has appeared before the courts as an expert witness. She assists legal counsel in all aspects of the cases. In addition, she provides assistance in settlement conferences and mediations and testifies in court. She frequently is involved in the valuation of closely held companies as a part of determining the net worth and income of the parties. However, she also prepares business valuations for estate and gift tax purposes, purchase and sale transactions and buy-out agreements. Her work includes preparation of financial affidavits, determination of income and lifestyle, net worth analyses, child support and alimony calculations, preparation of deposition questions, critique of opposing expert calculations and compliance with mandatory disclosure. Ms. Perez has been recognized several times as one of the top CPAs in Litigation Support by the South Florida Legal Guide.
