	Experience :
	John Ebenger focuses his practice in real estate services. He has more than 20 years of experience in a broad range of real estate areas including residential, retail, office and commercial property operations; large-scale land development; country clubs; associations; apartments; hotels and conference centers. His diverse tax experience includes structuring real estate development ventures and reviewing tax advantages and investment opportunities for real estate companies. He also advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate investments and the optimization of the tax results of such transactions and the related compliance for Federal and State tax purposes. Mr. Ebenger also has extensive experience in tax planning for high net worth individuals and closely-held business owners. Formerly a Tax Director for one of the Forbes 400 wealthiest families in the world, he is particularly familiar with their concerns regarding their investments in real property and regarding their estate and gift tax issues.
