Kenneth Strauss specializes in personal and corporate income tax planning, real estate tax planning, tax compliance and personal financial planning. Mr. Strauss has over 25 years of experience in corporate, individual and partnership taxation in the areas of real estate, foreign investment, professional service providers, manufacturing, closely held businesses and high net worth individuals.
A substantial part of his practice involves personal financial planning for individuals. He counsels clients in the proper planning of their estates in order to protect assets, minimize exposure to taxes and make provisions for beneficiaries tailored to their individual needs. He also consults with individuals and entities regarding organization/ business structures to minimize potential tax or other liabilities.
