Paid Time Off Policy

Firm members who have been with the Firm for three (3) years or less are granted 152 hours of paid time off per year. Firm members who have been with the Firm for 4-10 years are granted 192 hours of paid time off per year. Firm members who are managers or who have been with the Firm for a full ten (10) years are granted 232 hours of paid time off per year.
Certification, Membership & Education Reimbursement Benefits
The firm reimburses the following:
- All membership dues incurred in any professional association or organization which will lead in the advancement of the employee’s professional development
- Tuition for job-related certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and others
