Paid Time Off Policy
  • Paid time off depending on the length of service or attaining a managerial position. For instance, Managers with the Firm receive 20 vacation days per year and full time Firm members receive two weeks vacation per year during the first three years of employment, three weeks after four years, and four weeks after ten years
  • Nine (9) personal days per year for full time employees
  • Paid holidays


Certification, Membership & Education Reimbursement Benefits

The firm reimburses the following:
  • All membership dues incurred in any professional association or organization which will lead in the advancement of the employee’s professional development
  • Tuition for job-related certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and others
  • Tuition for those employees attending school for their fifth (5th) year requirements, certificate programs or for their master’s program.
